At a time when the Aam Aadmi Party is persistently raising doubts over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree, he said that 'marksheet is not everything' in his monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat today. PM Modi did a Rancho, a character played by Aamir Khan in super-hit Bollywood flick 'Three Idiots', saying that more than marksheet what mattered in life was 'how much knowledge and skill a student acquires'. Recently, the Delhi University challenged the Central Information Commission (CIC) order to make Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree public in the Delhi High Court. Hearing a petition from an AAP supporter, the CIC had, earlier, directed the Delhi University to make Modi's degree public under the Right to Information Act.
