Photo: PTINew Delhi: The Delhi high court on Wednesday directed the Election Commission (EC) to maintain status quo with respect to the disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs till Monday. On 20 January, President Ram Nath Kovind gave his assent to EC’s “final order” recommending the AAP MLAs disqualification. On 13 March 2015, the Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government appointed 20 AAP MLAs as parliamentary secretaries.
