A2 Milk has found a ready market, particularly in Australia and China, for milk and infant milk powder that some researchers say is easier to digest. Milk company A2 has moved to respond to media speculation that it is eyeing a Southland milk company. The Australian has reported that A2 has Mataura Milk Company ''in its sights''. While A2 did not name any companies, it said it was in ''strategic'' talks with various parties about manufacturing. Mataura Milk Company could not be reached for comment.
