Designed by Bengaluru-based Pallavi Nopany, each piece had a touch of whimsy, handled with restraint. Learning on the jobA self-taught designer, Nopany remembers being introduced to art as a child of five in Kolkata, but admits she never thought of it as a career option. At Pack of 2, Nopany’s firm — launched in 2012 with (consulting) partner, Bakula Nayak — she does branding, merchandising and packaging design. So we got curious: how has packaging changed, especially now that millennials form a sizeable portion of the market? Nopany is also excited about the launch of a recipe journal with Matrikas, a part of SFA Print in Sivakasi.
