Bhutan played host to its first-ever K-Pop concert on the June 17 at Changlimithang Stadium of Thimphu. The concert was organised as a part of the celebrations to mark 30 years of friendly diplomatic relations between Korea and Bhutan. Korean or K-Pop is a popular musical genre originally from South Korea and very popular in Bhutan. The line up of star performers included the following:BadkizBadkiz is an all girls South Korean R&B and kpop group, under the label of Zoo entertainment. Debuted in 2014, the group was the highlight of the event with the crowd holding up posters of the group.
