My curiosity is piqued after reading the title 50 Years of Kedah Revenue Stamps: 1912 — 1962. An attractive cover sent to England on April 18, 1959 bearing the Sultan Abdul Halim Installation 10 cent stamp and Sultan Badlishah 20 cent stamp.
