Located in the popular Niagara Region, the community of Fonthill is better known for its nature trails and access to local wineries than its condominium development. Fonthill Yards, by developer Aiva Properties, promises homebuyers something different from the area’s detached low-rise options. “You’ve got your community centres there, your shops, your plazas, your bars, your restaurants.”Adding to that central Highway 20 stretch, the developer will release a six-storey condominium building for sale later this year. “It really allows you to live, work and play within your community.”The area’s offerings don’t end at the Fonthill community limits, either. “Niagara’s never really seen anything like this,” Azzi says, adding that Fonthill Yards provides more of an urban offering.
