There were still fishermen to be accounted for, most of whom hailed from Tamil Nadu, he said. A meeting of fishermen with marine, space and communication scientists earlier this month thrashed out a plan of action to keep an account of the fishermen and boats venturing out into the sea and returning to the shores after fishing operations. Nod for breakwaterMeanwhile, administrative sanction has been accorded to building of breakwaters off the coast of Edavanakkad where sea erosion has acquired a serious dimension.
