(CNN) The first person diagnosed with the Wuhan coronavirus in the United States is being treated by a few medical workers and a robot. The man, who is in his 30s, was diagnosed with the virus on Monday . "They're looking for ongoing presence of the virus," Diaz told CNN on Thursday. Doctors are using a robot to communicate with the man from outside the isolation area. The World Health Organization's (WHO) emergency committee has said it's too early to declare the outbreak an international public health emergency.
