'I love food.' And when Maggie Roche says 'I love food', she really means it. She simply loves food - talking about it, presenting it, concocting new recipes, sharing it with friends. Chef Maggie Roche, now into her thirties though she would pass as a teenager, hails from a farm at Ballyedmond, a quarter of an hour's drive outside town. Fiona's Perch has been rebranded Maggie's Little Acorn, dispensing socially distanced food and beverages to local customers who share that love of food.
