Garvan says there are slightly more men than women registering with the platform and the majority are under 45 years old. “Men tend to be more interested in remote working while women are more interested in flexible hours. “There are now companies that ‘get’ the whole idea of flexible working patterns and are prepared to facilitate those who want them,” Garvan adds.
