Bangladesh will then go through a month-long gap before facing off New Zealand at home for three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals. Just after seven days, they will switch the mode to Test cricket for a two-match series against Pakistan. Bangladesh will host Australia in June for three ODIs and three T20 Internationals. This will be Bangladesh's first Test tour to Australia in 24 years. Their only previous Test tour in Australia was in 2003, when the team, still new to Test cricket, lost both matches in the two-match series.
