The Corporation had not calculated the time that would be lost during the vetting process in the Law and Finance Department. Slip“The Article of Association and the Memorandum of Association of the SPV have to be vetted by the Law and Finance Departments. We didn’t calculate time that would be taken for the vetting process in the two departments when we scheduled this. It was on July 20 that the State government appointed K. Gopalakrishnan, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Smart City project SPV.
