A happier new year? 19 health and wellbeing experts share their top tips


So, as we welcome a new year, I asked 19 people what little things make them happy. I try to get some exercise in most days because it helps my mood and my overall sense of well-being and happiness. It all boils down to love and connection –being with people you love and who love you. My wife has enforced a rule that we hug regularly and every hug has to last longer than seven seconds. For me, happiness is in the little things.
