As the year filled with disaster and trepidation slips away, “Hoorays!” and “Yays!” spread through social media and people prepare for a fresh start this New Year. Buying things outside of residence isn’t that easy anymore, as going out can get an entire household the dreaded coronavirus. Many suffered during the Taal Volcano eruption, Super Typhoon “Rolly,” Typhoon “Ulysses,” the Black Lives Matter movement and the Masbate earthquake. Although we are not so sure about that, we need to think positively, and do something about it. Let’s have hope that 2021 is a fresh start for us all.
