A day of fun to give a helping hand to our four-legged friends View(s):All for the love of animals - the Paws-perity Xtravaganza was held last Sunday, March 29 at the Atrium Lobby of the Cinnamon Grand. The pre-Avurudu and Easter fundraiser for Rescue Animals Sri Lanka (RAS), was a day filled with fun, fabulous shopping, yummy food, a kiddies corner run by the ABC Group of Schools, and a special pet centre by Browns Veterinary Pharmaceuticals. Four legged chief guest was the RAS mascot Little Jax, a miniature Dachshund who is disabled. For the love of animals: Launch of the fundraiser and (above right and below), visitors enjoy a day of shopping and activities. Raban players kept visitors entertained, while hot hot kevums, contributed to the festive spirit.
