A cancer at the heart of Libya’s re-emergence

A cancer at the heart of Libya’s re-emergenceHafed Al-GhwellFighters of the Tripoli-based government of Libya fight with Eastern forces in al-Yarmouk on May 7, 2019. The Government of National Stability and the Government of National Unity both lack the ability to capably manage Libya’s transition.
