In a speech on her behalf by the Deputy Chief of Staff, Abu Jinapor, at this year's United Nations/African Public Service Day on the theme: "Entrenching a Citizen-Centred Service Delivery Culture: Partnering with the Youth for Africa’s Transformation" on Friday, June 23, she indicated the materialisation of NPP’s dreams wouldn't be achievable without a robust public service.
