Fox and New Regency announced that a special sing-along version of Bohemian Rhapsody, the controversial Queen biopic that took home two Golden Globes this past weekend (best drama motion picture and best actor in a drama motion picture), will be released in 750 movie theaters across the United States and Canada starting this Friday, Januray 11. The new version of the film will feature on-screen lyrics to songs like "Another One Bites the Dust," "Bohemian Rhapsody," "Crazy Little Things Called Love," "We Are the Champions" and "We Will Rock You." Surviving Queen band members Brian May and Roger Taylor helped bring the film to life, an effort that was originally directed by Bryan Singer. Fired in the midst of production following unexplained absences from the set, Singer was then replaced by Dexter Fletcher. Last year, the company released a sing-along version of the musical The Greatest Showman.
