In a Manhattan building known for its associations with the city’s elite, a sprawling duplex owned by a member of the Rothschild banking dynasty is listing for $22.5 million. The seller is Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild, the wife of billionaire financier Sir Evelyn de Rothschild. She runs E.L. Rothschild, a family investment company, on their behalf. Ms. de Rothschild has owned the apartment for around two decades, according to one of her listing agents, Erin Boisson Aries of Christie’s International Real Estate.
