Souleymane Sana, 39, bought his $30 Millionaire Maker winning scratch-off at a gas station in Kinston, North Carolina, according to the state lottery. "I'm going to keep doing my best to help build more classrooms for the children in Mali," Sana told lottery officials. According to the state lottery press release, Sana chose the lump-sum option and received $71,259 after taxes. During an interview with lottery officials, he said that he keeps playing scratch-offs to have a chance to win to help others.
