Born David Iye Odey, rap artist BoogeyThat is what you may refer to as an unsigned hype. I was a passionate fan of hip hop and could rap along to everything I liked, but that was it. I would play beats in my room, write to them and record myself rapping over them (with my phone). I’ve had ups and downs, been unsigned, signed and unsigned again, been ignored, given attention, ridiculed and praised. The title is in French and translates to “New Level”.
