A Morrinsville man has been sentenced for accidentally running over one of his work colleagues at a pedestrian crossing near Waikato Hospital. Clarke appeared at the Morrinsville District Court recently to plead guilty to one charge of careless use causing injury. Clarke and the victim both work at the District Health Board and were leaving after a long day at work on August 3 around 10.30pm. During a restorative justice conference, suggested by Court, the victim and Clarke met to discuss what happened.
