A-G's Report 2018: Federal Govt should continue to increase revenue


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Federal Government has been advised to continue with efforts to increase revenue through various sources and to adopt prudent spending, said the Auditor-General's Report 2018. According to the report, the Federal Government's financial position at end 2018 totalled RM232.883bil, an increase of RM12.476bil or 5.7% from 2017. The Federal Government's Accounts Accrued (ABT), at the end of 2018, amounted to RM86.935bil comprising Recoverable Loans And Recoverable Advances as well as various Accounts Accrued.
