The Prague High Court dismissed Gupta’s appeal. Gupta appealed against this and the Prague High Court dismissed the appeal. A spokesman for the Prague High Court declined to immediately comment. A Czech news website reported that the lawyer said he would ask the minister not to extradite Gupta and take the case to the Constitutional Court.
