I think transformation became a new mindset when digital transformation started to happen. At the end of the day, transformation really is not just about any one thing. You mentioned collective leadership, which is something that I'm seeing as well. On the other hand, collective leadership is about stepping away from a command and control model, to a shared goal, shared trust, shared learning and shared power. Others are really going to actually build those relationships and draw a growth plan that in the long term will be more sustainable.
