LOS ANGELES (AFP): Shannen Doherty, the American star of hit television shows Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990 to 2000) and Charmed (1998 to 2006), has been diagnosed with stage-four breast cancer. "My cancer came back, and that's why I'm here," she told ABC News programme Good Morning America. Doherty's new diagnosis came months after the death of her 90210 co-star Luke Perry last March. Doherty returned to the small screen playing a witch in Charmed in 1998, and has reprised the role of Walsh in further 90210 spin-offs and reboots. Reports of her first cancer diagnosis emerged in 2015 when she sued her manager, claiming her treatment was delayed as she could not re-enrol in insurance.
