Administrative cases will also be filed against 19 BOC personnel for neglect of duty and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service. “Errant personnel who violate Customs laws will not be tolerated and all those responsible will face full accountability,” Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said.
