(Photo: Somchai Poomlard)There were 9,351 new Covid-19 cases and 56 more fatalities recorded during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry announced on Sunday morning. The number of new cases dropped from the 9,742 announced on Saturday, when the country recorded 74 more deaths. On Saturday, 10,098 Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovering from the coronavirus. Since the pandemic started early last year, there have been 1,850,482 Covid-19 cases, with 1,730,727 complete recoveries so far.
