Ballia, Aug 27 (PTI) Two persons were arrested today and 800 containers of smuggled liquor worth Rs 75 lakhs seized from them in Middha village here, police said. Acting on a tip off, police arrested Sangam Yadav and Babloo Yadav and recovered 800 crates of liquor manufactured in Haryana. The crates were found inside a Bihar-bound truck. Additional SP Vijay Pal Singh said, "Liquor carried in a truck was seized early this morning at Middha village". The truck was on its way with liquor manufactured in Haryana to Bihar, he said.
