Meanwhile, the victim was shifted to the Faridpur Medical College Hospital from Madaripur Sadar Hospital as her condition deteriorated, said Madaripur Sadar Hospital Residential Medical Officer Dr Akhil Sarkar. Taking advantage of the situation, Abu Sayed's younger brother Sabbir raped the child.
