The identities of the detainees could not be ascertained yet. DMP Deputy Commissioner Masudur Rahman confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune on Friday. He said they were detained with fake currency and some equipments on Thursday. Details regarding the matter will be disclosed in a press briefing to be held at DMP Media Centre later in the day, he added.
