De Vega personally conveyed his message to the eight Filipino students when he attended the graduation ceremony at the University of Antwerp’s Institute of Development Policy (IOB) on September 16, 2019. Today, Belgium again recognizes the intellect and diligence of Filipino thinkers and scholars,” De Vega remarked. On the same occasion, De Vega also welcomed the six new Filipino students who will be studying in Belgium for the upcoming academic year.
