Customs Intelligence officials have seized 7kg gold worth Tk3.5 crore from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka. The gold was seized from a consignment of plain cloth which arrived at the airport from Singapore Saturday night. CIID Director General (DG) Moinul Khan confirmed the matter Sunday morning. He said details regarding the matter will be disclosed in a press briefing later in the day.
