On the other hand, the victims were identified as Xu Jun, 30, Chinese national; and Chloe Yuan, 30, a Taiwanese national. Investigation showed the complainants were about to check into a hotel located along Quezon Boulevard, Quiapo Manila. The Chinese nationals are currently detained at the Manila Police District Station 3.
