Kirinyaga Governor, Ann Waiguru, now says the sixth devolution conference set to be held in Kirinyaga County next year as it will open up the county for economic development. Waiguru says this will give an opportunity to investors and other stakeholders to realize the challenges and opportunities that require exploitation.
