South Korea identified person who is infected with the Wuhan coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 31 today. According to the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC), the patient is a 61-year-old South Korean woman who lives in Daegu, 300 kilometers southeast of Seoul, Yonhap reports. After testing positive at a public health center, the woman was placed in quarantine. The latest case again raises concerns over the spread of the disease without a link to known clusters of the China virus. It is still unclear how the country's 29th and 30th virus patients were infected, as they had not had contact with other confirmed patients or been abroad recently.
