A ticket bought in Gisborne won the Powerball First Division in Saturday night's live Lotto draw. It's the second time in just three weeks the top Powerball prize has been won. Tonight's winning Powerball ticket was sold at Grant Brothers home goods store in Gisborne. The winner's prize is made up of $6 million from Powerball First Division and $500,000 from Lotto First Division.
