DAGUPAN CITY — Six people died, while 18 others were injured on Sunday in separate road accidents at Pangasinan province, police said on Monday. Investigators said the motorcycle swerved to the northbound lane and crashed into the approaching truck. In Agno town, Abello Ramos, 61, died when his motorcycle was hit by a truck in Barangay Macaboboni at about 5:30 p.m. In Dagupan City, two passenger jeepneys collided at the De Venecia Road at about 7:20 p.m. hurting 16 passengers. Investigators said one of the jeepney drivers lost control of the steering wheel after he evaded a huge chunk of concrete on the road.
