On Friday 26 October 2018, the 57th ACI World Congress will begin, along with the 43rd ICA Conference. The ACI Egypt has successfully secured hosting of the 57th round of the annual international conference, ACI World Congress, after competing among 63 other countries. Egypt also triumphed in hosting the 43rd ICA conference after a competition between 13 other countries. Vice President of ACI Egypt and Organizing Committee Head, Mohamed Aly, said that ACI Egypt’s success in hosting both conferences is proof of Egypt’s economic status and weight, which qualified it to host international economic conferences. Meanwhile, Wael Wagih ACI Egypt Treasurer & Organising Committee Member, stated that hosting both conferences in Egypt is evidence that Egypt was able to regain its international status, which it enjoyed before January 2011.
