Afghanistan began registering voters on Sunday, April 15 for the long-delayed parliamentary elections, which are due to take place in October. Najib Danish, an interior ministry spokesman, said on Facebook: “All the victims were civilians and women and children are among them.”Daud Amin, the Kabul police chief, said that the bomber had blown himself up at the centre’s entrance gate.
