57 Kids to Get Humanitarian Relief

The executive director of the Liberian Women and Children Welfare Teenage Mothers’ Assistance Program (LICWETNAP), Nancy Stewart Bropleh, has announced humanitarian assistance for 57 children and three public schools on Bomi Highway and Brewerville, outside Monrovia. Director Bropleh said apart from the 57 beneficiaries, her organization will also distribute learning materials to three schools. “One of the schools will be Sass Town Public School on Bomi Highway and two others in Caldwell,” she added. She said during a visit to Sass Town Public School, her team discovered the urgent need for learning materials for the students. To ensure proper learning, she said children deserve improved learning materials and hence her organization has made it possible to bring learning materials to encourage children to learn.
