The undisputed strongest man in Britain, Hall has competed at the last four World's Strongest Man competitions, with his best finish coming in 2015, where he placed fourth overall. The 28-year-old burst on to the strongman scene in 2010 when he won England's Strongest Man. The English strongman stunned the crowd at the World Deadlift Championships over the weekend by becoming the first man in history to deadlift 500 kilograms (1102 pounds). Since then, Hall has come first at every UK or Britain's Strongest Man competition. He said afterwards that the lift "nearly killed" him.
