At some point, the boy wandered from the window table where the family was sitting and got pinned in the space between the rotating floor and part of the stationary wall, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The floor shut off automatically when the boy became stuck in the 4- to 5-inch gap, police told local media. Warren Pickard told local media. Westin Peachtree Plaza Manager George Reed told local media in a statement the hotel was working with local authorities to investigate the accident.
