A notice from the Register of the university, Dr Engineer Touhidul Islam confirmed the nominations. Five Students from 2012-13 session of five faculties are to get the awards. The nominated students are, Sharif Tasnim Mahmud from Department of Textile Engineering, Rakibul Hasan from Food Technology and Nutritional Science, Farzana Akter from Department of Statistics, Touhidul Islam from Department of Business Administration and Rakibul Hasan Baten from Department of Economics.
