The hallmark of a superstar is they will do what they must to get the job done. There are common statements one can, and does, hear in any company. Because each of these statements indicates an underlying character flaw of such magnitude that the mere presence of this mindset limits the individual from ever becoming a superstar. Superstars know their work is their résumé, and it represents them. The superstar manager knows the secret to success is having a thriving team.
