Comanda)Baguio City — The Summer Capital of the Philippines celebrated yesterday its 107th Charter anniversary honoring its five outstanding citizens for this year – a doctor, an architect, an educator, a CPA-lawyer, and a lawyer-businessman – at the Baguio Convention Center. Mayor Mauricio Domogan, who chairs the Society of Outstanding Citizens of Baguio (SOCOB), said the awardees went through a stringent screening and a separate judging committee. A special awarded was presented to Baguio centenarian Ceferino M. Cabasa, a former government employee, who was born on Aug. 25, 1916.
