CollectedOf the injured, two have been admitted to Pirojpur Sadar Hospital for treatmentAt least five police members were injured when a group of criminals launched an attack on them at Kumarkhali area of Pirojpur on Sunday night. The injured police members are Pirojpur Sadar Police Sub-Inspector Saikat Hossain Sunny, Sub-Inspector Mahmudul Hasan, Assistant Sub-Inspector Khairul Hossain, Assistant Sub-Inspector Saiful Islam and Constable Maruf Hawladar. Of the injured, two have been admitted to Pirojpur Sadar Hospital for treatment. During the attack, five policemen were injured and the pickup van was damaged.
