Five homes were burned Saturday in a fast-moving fire in San Bernardino, prompting evacuations and an assault by firefighters. Three firefighters and one civilian suffered injuries, according to the San Bernardino Fire Department. The fire was burning south of Cal State San Bernardino and north of Interstate 215.
