During the holy month of Ramadan, people who fast can notice that their energy levels are decreasing and have a hard time remaining focused and productive. While a cup of coffee is invigorating enough to give a good kick start in the morning, there are other tips that can help you stay active and productive while fasting. In Ramadan we tend to sleep later than the usual waiting for suhoor and then waking up the next day early for work. It is better to take a short afternoon nap after work to help your body get as much sleep as possible. Sticking to your desk won’t help you stay productive or finish more work.
